CD62L Antibody – Rat Monoclonal

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Catalog #: MBS213566

Rat anti mouse CD62L, clone MEL-14, recognizes mouse L-selectin. L-selectin is an adhesion molecule expressed on most T and B lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes and eosinophils, (Fink, P. et al., 1985). Pre-incubation of lymphocytes with MEL-14 completely… More details

Application Notes for anti-CD62L antibody
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. This may be reduced by using SeroBlock FcR.
Flow Cytometry: Minimum Dilution: Neat; Maximum Dilution: 1/10
