Western Blot: Mouse anti Aspergillus spp. antibody, clone WF-AF-1 detects a band of approximately 106kDa of Aspergillus fumigatus wall fraction (WF).
Immunohistology - Paraffin: Maximum Dilution: 1/300; Application Note: This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. See Jensen et al. (2000) for details.

Small volumes of anti-ASPERGILLUS antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
