ELISA: Minimum Dilution: 1/1000; Maximum Dilution: 1/30000; Application Note: We recommend a dilution range of 1/1000 to 1/30000 for use in indirect ELISA. When coating the antibody directly on to a plate, MyBioSource recommend a dilution range to 1/100 to 1/500.

Small volumes of anti-HISTIDINE TAG antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
