Specificity
This item recognises chicken TCRalpha/beta expressed on peripheral blood T cells. Two distinct subpopulations of alpha/beta T cells appear in the chicken thymus subsequent to the appearance of gamma/delta T cells. These subpopulations were originally denoted as TCR2 and TCR3. These arise sequentially in the thymus during ontogeny and are now known to represent two distinct Vbeta families, Vbeta1 and Vbeta2, respectively.

This item is specific for the Vbeta1.
Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life: 18 months from date of despatch.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
