Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-RBP1 antibody

HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-RBP1 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
Mouse Anti-RBP1 Monoclonal Antibody, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) – Cat# MBS249005

Western Blot (WB) of anti-RBP1 antibody

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY RBP1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-RBP1.

NCBI Summary for RBP1

This gene encodes the carrier protein involved in the transport of retinol (vitamin A alcohol) from the liver storage site to peripheral tissue. Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin necessary for growth, reproduction, differentiation of epithelial tissues, and vision. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2008]
