Immunohistochemistry (IHC - Paraffin), Western Blot (WB), ELISA (EIA)
Application Notes for anti-GIPC1 antibody
ELISA, IHC-P (10 ug/ml), WB (1:1000)

Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-GIPC1 antibody

Anti-GIPC1 / GIPC antibody IHC staining of human colon. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval.
Mouse Anti-GIPC1 Monoclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS249164

Western Blot (WB) of anti-GIPC1 antibody

Western Blot: The cell lysates (40 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human GIPC antibody (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. The cross-reacting of anti-human GIPC (AT1G10) were analyzed by using recombinant protein(20ng) of GIPC1 and GIPC2.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-GIPC1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
