Immunohistochemistry (IHC) of anti-NRBP1 antibody

Anti-NRBP1 / NRBP antibody IHC staining of human tonsil. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval.
Mouse Anti-NRBP1 Monoclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS249178

Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-NRBP1 antibody

HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-NRBP1 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
Mouse Anti-NRBP1 Monoclonal Antibody, Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) – Cat# MBS249178

Western Blot (WB) of anti-NRBP1 antibody

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY NRBP1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-NRBP1.
Mouse Anti-NRBP1 Monoclonal Antibody, Western Blot (WB) – Cat# MBS249178

Immunoprecipitation (IP) of anti-NRBP1 antibody

Immunoprecipitation(IP) of NRBP1 by using monoclonal anti-NRBP1 antibodies (Negative control: IP without adding anti-NRBP1 antibody.). For each experiment, 500ul of DDK tagged NRBP1 overexpression lysates (at 1:5 dilution with HEK293T lysate), 2 ug of anti-NRBP1 antibody and 20ul (0.1 mg) of goat anti-mouse conjugated magnetic beads were mixed and incubated overnight. After extensive wash to remove any non-specific binding, the immuno-precipitated products were analyzed with rabbit anti-DDK polyclonal antibody.
Mouse Anti-NRBP1 Monoclonal Antibody, Immunoprecipitation (IP) – Cat# MBS249178

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-NRBP1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

UniProt Comments for NRBP1

NRBP1: May play a role in subcellular trafficking between the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus through interactions with the Rho-type GTPases. Binding to the NS3 protein of dengue virus type 2 appears to subvert this activity into the alteration of the intracellular membrane structure associated with flaviviral replication. Belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. Ser/Thr protein kinase family.

Protein type: Protein kinase, Ser/Thr (non-receptor); Kinase, protein; Protein kinase, Other; Other group; NRBP family

Chromosomal Location of Human Ortholog: 2p23

Cellular Component: nucleoplasm; membrane; lamellipodium; perinuclear region of cytoplasm; endomembrane system; cell cortex

Molecular Function: protein binding; protein homodimerization activity; ATP binding; protein kinase activity

Biological Process: transcription initiation from RNA polymerase II promoter; ER to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport; gene expression; protein amino acid phosphorylation
