Human Liver: Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE)
Mouse Anti-SERPINE2 Monoclonal Antibody, Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin (IHC) – Cat# MBS249396

Western Blot (WB) of anti-SERPINE2 antibody

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SERPINE2 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SERPINE2.

Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-SERPINE2 antibody

HEK293T cells transfected with either overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-SERPINE2 antibody, and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

NCBI Summary for SERPINE2

This gene encodes a member of the serpin family of proteins, a group of proteins that inhibit serine proteases. Thrombin, urokinase, plasmin and trypsin are among the proteases that this family member can inhibit. This gene is a susceptibility gene for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and for emphysema. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2012]
