Application Notes for anti-D-Dimer (Fibrin Degradation Product) antibody
Works in ELISA and Western blot. For sandwich immunoassay, plasma samples should be diluted with 10mM Tris/HCl buffer, pH 7.5 containing 1M Sodium Chloride and 0.1% Tween 20. To avoid non-specific binding, the final NaCl concentration in plasma samples should be 0.5M or more.

Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application .

Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-D-Dimer (Fibrin Degradation Product) antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
