Application Notes for anti-Clostridium botulinum Toxin A (a.a. 1280-1292) antibody
Suitable for use in an indirect immunocytochemical staining procedure at a dilution of 1:50. Prior incubation of the antibody with synthetic peptide immunogen MBS318626 has been shown to eliminate the inhibition of cellular binding by the antibody. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-Clostridium botulinum Toxin A (a.a. 1280-1292) antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
