Purity/Purification
Tissues are extracted in phosphate buffer. Insoluble material is removed.
Preparation and Storage
Store lyophilized product at < -20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at < -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 0.25ml cold distilled water. Allow one hour for complete dissolution. Vortexing may be required. Some assay systems may require more concentrated or more dilute extract. Some precipitate may occur, but it will not affect the product.
