Specific to flagella of Listeria species. Reacts with Listeria monocytogenes serotypes 1/2a, 1/2b, 3b, 1/2c, 3a, 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, Listeria innocua, Listera ivanovii, Listeria welshimeri and Listera seeligeri. Does not react with Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, C. jejuni, Bacillus subtilis, Salmonellae mix, E Coli mix and Enterococcus faecium. Not reactive with a Salmonella mix of the following "O" antigen serogroups: B, C1, C2, D & E. Not reactive with an E Coli mix of the following "O" antigen strains: O7, O116, O125, O157, 055, O111 and O20.
