Cholera Toxin Antibody – Mouse Monoclonal

MONOTOPE purified preparations consist of >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody which has been purified from ascites fluid or culture medium by protein A chromatography or sequential differential precipitations. The final preparation is formulated to a protein concentration of 100 ug/ml in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 and contains 0.1% sodium azide. Each vial contains 1.0 ml. This product contains no stabilizing proteins and should be stored at -20 degree C until ready for use. Avoid repeated freeze-thawing by storing multiple aliquots at -20 degree C. Working dilution must be determined by the user. Suggested starting ranges are 1:10-1:50 for IFA, blotting & IHC and 1:20-1:200 for ELISA. Custom conjugation of this antibody with HRP, alkaline phosphatase, biotin and fluorescein is available on a minimum order basis

Small volumes of anti-Cholera toxin antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
