Pseudomonas Sp. Antibody – Rabbit Polyclonal

This product consists of the purified IgG fraction of the above antiserum prepared by methods developed by ViroStat to a purity of >95%. The product is formulated in a phosphate saline buffer (0.01M, pH 7.2) containing 0.1% sodium azide preservative. No stabilizing proteins have been added. Potential applications for this product are numerous including ELISA, fluorescence microscopy, immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry. In addition, this product may be used in place of neat antiserum in almost any appropriate antibody-based technique. It is also suitable for conjugation purposes. Protein concentration is 4-5 mg/ml. Recommended short term (<6 months) storage is liquid at 2-8 degree C. For longer term storage, store at -20 degree C to -70 degree C, aliquot and freeze. Unit size is 1.0 ml.

Small volumes of anti-Pseudomonas sp. antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
