Working Dilution: Reconstitutes with 1 ml deionised water. Use 10mul to label 106 cells or 100 mul of whole blood

Testing Data of anti-IL-27 antibody

The dendritic cells were activated with 1ug/ml LPS, 10ng/ml IFN-gamma and 100ng/ml TNF-alpha (right) or cultured unactivated as a negative control (left) for 48 hr. 3.105 dendritic cells were labelled with 10uL of anti-IL-27 PE or a PE conjugated IgG2a isotype control (B-Z2) and evaluated by flow cytometry. The green peak represents IL-27 PE labelled cells. The black peak represents IgG2a isotype control cells
