This Antibody can be used as Detection in a human IL-12 sandwich Immunoassay to detect human IL-12 in combination with human IL-12 p40 + p70 Capture Antibody (Cat n degree879.075.001). The suggested coating concentration range below should be optimised by each laboratory for each application.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
