Preparation and Storage
This product is stable for several weeks at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20 degree C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.
Storage Buffer
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg< sup>2< /sup>+ and Ca< sup>2< /sup>+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen
The antibody was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human NFkappaB-p105/p50 around the phosphorylation site of serine 927 (C-D-SP-G-V).
