FKHR (phospho-Ser319) antibody detects endogenous levels of FKHR only when phosphorylated at serine 319.
Preparation and Storage
This product is stable for several weeks at 4 degree C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20 degree C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of receipt.
Storage Buffer
phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human FKHR around the phosphorylation site of serine 319 (T-S-SP-N-A).
