Application Notes for anti-FOXL1 antibody
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 16000.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 90-100kDa band in lysates of Human Heart, Skeletal Muscle, Colon, Duodenum and Pancreas after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 36.5kDa according to NP_005241.1. The 90-100kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-FOXL1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
