Application Notes for anti-ARIH2 antibody
Peptide ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1: 8000.
Immunofluorescence: Customer's experiments showed nuclear staining in DAPI with IF.
Immunoprecipitation: This antibody works well in IP.

Western Blot (WB) of anti-ARIH2 antibody

(2ug/ml) staining of Hela (A) and K562 (B) nuclear lysates (35ug protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
