Western Blot (WB) of anti-NDUFS1 antibody

Mouse Anti-NDUFS1 Monoclonal Antibody – Cat# MBS435108

Immunoprecipitation (IP) of anti-NDUFS1 antibody

NDUFS1 was immunoprecipitated from 1mg of Jurkat cells membrane fraction, blotted with M25022 of 10 ug. Western blot was performed from the immunopre-cipitate using M25022 at 1/2000 dilution. Anti-Mouse-IgG(HRP), specific to the non-reduced form of IgG, was used as secondary antibody at 1/10000 dilution. Lane 1: Jurkat cells membrane fraction. Lane2: IP product of Jurkat cells membrane fraction.

Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration:5% milk/TBST.
Mouse Anti-NDUFS1 Monoclonal Antibody, Immunoprecipitation (IP) – Cat# MBS435108

Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS) of anti-NDUFS1 antibody

Flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed Jurkat (Human T cell leukemia cells from peripheral blood) cells labeling NDUFS1 with M25022 at 1/200 dilution (red) compared with a mouse monoclonal IgG isotype control (black) and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody, blue). Goat anti-mouse IgG (FITC) at 1/300 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. All lanes : NDUFS1 Mouse mAb at 1/2000 dilution
Lane 1 : Jurkat cells membrane fraction
Lane 2 : THP1 cells membrane fraction
Lysates/proteins at 20 ug per lane.

Secondary
Goat Anti-Mouse IgG-HRP, 5% milk conjugated at 1/10000 dilution

Predicted band size : 79 KDa
Observed band size :79 KDa
Blocking/Dilution buffer : 1x TBST.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-NDUFS1 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

UniProt Comments for NDUFS1

Core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I) that is believed to belong to the minimal assembly required for catalysis. Complex I functions in the transfer of electrons from NADH to the respiratory chain. The immediate electron acceptor for the enzyme is believed to be ubiquinone (). This is the largest subunit of complex I and it is a component of the iron-sulfur (IP) fragment of the enzyme. It may form part of the active site crevice where NADH is oxidized.
