Application Notes for anti-BSA+HRP antibody
BSA (FL11)+HRP DB128 shows a single precipitin arc against bovine serum albumin and the albumin in bovine serum using immunoelectrophoresis. In a sandwich ELISA against purified bovine albumin with 1 ug/ml as sample, conjugate diluted 1: 100,000 produced an O.D.=1.0 in a 15 minute reaction with TMB as substrate.

Small volumes of anti-BSA+HRP antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
