Precautions
This product contains NaN3, which has been classified as Harmful, in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1–1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent NaN3 build-up in drains.

Application Notes for anti-CP4 EPSPS mAb2 antibody
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for CP4 EPSPS detection) as well as in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded.

Performance review:
•Great activity for CP4 EPSPS in GMO plant, recombinant CP4 EPSPS as well as EPSPS in Agrobacterium sp. strain CP4

•Capable of creating tests with sensitivity of 1 ng/ml CP4 EPSPS or 0.1% (1 GMO CP4 EPSPS seed in 1000 Non-GMO seeds)

•Recommended pair for double antibody immunoassay: Coating: MBS478081; labeling: MBS478064

Small volumes of anti-CP4 EPSPS mAb2 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
