Application Notes for anti-HP antibody
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for H. Pylori detection).
Suitable also for Western Blot, ELISA, IFA and Lateral Flow Assay. Working dilution should be determined by user. Suggested starting range are 1:10-1:50 for IFA and 1:20-1:200 for ELSA.
Recommended pair for double antibody immunoassay: Coating: MBS478217; labeling: MBS478216
Test sensitivity is 10 times higher that pair of MBS478110 and MBS478072 for certain HP strains

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-HP antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
