Application Notes for PHGS-2 protein
As an immunoblotting standard for reducing conditions, mix with SDS containing sample buffer and boil for 5 minutes prior to running SDS gel. For optimal results load 1 mug per lane when performing alkaline phosphatase. Less protein may be loaded when using more sensitive detection methods.

Other Notes

Small volumes of PHGS-2 protein vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
