Observation Notes
Proteins should be maintained frozenat high concentrations. The dilution to be performed forELISA assays should be made with a small quantity ofprotein, the same day of the experiment. In order to defrostthe protein, maintain the aliquot at 25 degree C without shaking to avoid aggregation. Prior making test dilutions and afterdefrost the protein, is recommended to remove possibleprotein aggregates by centrifuging the stock solution,avoiding alterations in the immobilization of the biomoleculeto the solid surface.
