CD32/CD16 Antibody – Rat Monoclonal

Anti-Mouse CD32/16 reacts with mouse CD32/16 (Fcgamma III/II receptors) which are Fc receptors present on macrophages, NK cells, monocytes, lymphocytes, and dendritic cells. The KT1632 monoclonal antibody can be used to block Fc Receptor mediated binding of immunoglobulins to the FcgammaIII and FcgammaII receptors. This antibody is provided in liquid form for application in single, dual or three colour flow cytometry. 1ug is the maximum amount of reagent required per 106 cells. For optimal results in various applications, it is recommended that each investigator determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.

Small volumes of anti-CD32/CD16 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
