Preparation and Storage
Stable at 4 degree C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portions at -20 degree C in volumes appropriate for single usage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles and prolonged exposure to light. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted.
Preparation
Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to human immunoglobulins. The resulting antibody was conjugated with FITC to provide the optimal fluorochrome to protein ratio for flow cytometry. Any free dye is removed by column chromatography
Buffers and Preservatives
This reagent is provided in 10 mM Sodium phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium chloride, and it contains 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative. A highly purified grade of BSA has been added as a stabilizing protein to bring the final protein concentration to 4-5 mg/ml after conjugation.
This antibody is tested by flow cytometry. From this testing, we recommend using between 0.1 and 0.25 ug of antibody for 1x10^6 cells in a 100 ul staining volume. Lesser amounts of reagent may be sufficient and it is recommended that the customer determine the optimum amount for each application

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG (H+L) (human absorbed) antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
