Preparation and Storage
Store at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted. Check label for expiry date.
Preparation
Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to mouse immunoglobulins. The resulting antibody was then conjugated to APC to provide the optimal fluorochrome to protein ratio for flow cytometry. Any free dye was removed by column chromatography.
Buffers and Preservatives
This reagent is presented in phosphate buffered saline and it contains 0.1% sodium azide as a preservative. A highly purified grade of BSA was added as a stabilizing protein to bring the final protein concentration to 4-5 mg/ml after conjugation.

Application Notes for anti-IgG (H+L) (mouse absorbed) antibody
1 ug is the maximum amount of reagent required per 1x10^6 cells in flow cytometry. Lesser amounts may be sufficient, and it is recommended that the optimal amount be determined for each application.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG (H+L) (mouse absorbed) antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
