Preparation and Storage
Stable at 4 degree C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portions at -20 degree C in volumes appropriate for single usage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Mix thoroughly but gently after thawing and before use. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted.
Preparation
Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to mouse immunoglobulins. The antibody preparation was conjugated to biotin containing a spacer arm.
Buffers and Preservatives
This product is supplied in phosphate buffered saline and contains 0.02% sodium azide (NaN3) as a preservative. EIA grade BSA has been added as a stabilizing protein to bring the final protein concentration to 4-5 mg/ml after conjugation.

In ELISA, we recommend a starting dilution of 1:10,000.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
