Preparation and Storage
Stable at 4 degree C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portions at -20 degree C in volumes appropriate for single usage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted. Check label for expiry date.
Preparation
Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to rat immunoglobulins.

This reagent is presented in phosphate buffered saline and contains 0.1% sodium azide (NaN3) as a preservative

Application Notes for anti-IgG (H+L) (rat absorbed) antibody
1 ug is the maximum amount of reagent required per 1 x 10^6 cells in flow cytometry. A recommended starting dilution for ELISA is 1:1000. For optimal results in various applications, it is recommended that investigators determine dilutions appropriate for individual use.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG (H+L) (rat absorbed) antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
