Preparation and Storage
Stable at -20 degree C. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted.
Preparation
Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to human immunoglobulins. The resulting antibody was conjugated with the Horseradish Peroxidase (HRPO).
Buffers and Preservatives
This reagent is provided in 10mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 1% (w/v) BSA, containing 0.1% Kathon CG (v/v) as a preservative.

Application Notes for anti-IgG (H+L) (human absorbed) antibody
For ELISA/Western Blot, this antibody can be used at a minimum dilution of 1:200. For immunohistochemistry, this antibody can be used at a minimum dilution of 1:500.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG (H+L) (human absorbed) antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
