Preparation and Storage
Stable at 4 degree C. DO NOT FREEZE. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted.
Preparation
Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to human immunoglobulins. The resulting antibody was conjugated with allophycocyanin to provide the optimal fluorochrome to protein ratio for flow cytometry, cellular and tissue staining uses. Any free dye is removed by column chromatography.
Buffers and Preservatives
This reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline and contains 0.1% sodium azide (NaN3). A highly purified grade of BSA has been added as a stabilizing protein to bring the final protein concentration to 4- 5 mg/ml after conjugation.
Application Notes for anti-IgG (H+L) (human absorbed) antibody
This antibody is provided in liquid form for use in flow cytometry, ELISA, Immunoblotting. It is recommended that between 0.1 and 0.25 ug of antibody be used per 1x10^6 cells in a 100 ul staining volume. Because conditions may vary, it is recommended that each investigator determine the optimal amount of antibody to be used for their application.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG (H+L) (human absorbed) antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
