Preparation and Storage
Store at +4 degree C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portions at -20 degree C in volumes appropriate for single usage. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
Preparation
Antibodies were purified using affinity chromatography and have minimal reactivity with bovine, mouse and rabbit serum proteins. The resulting antibody was conjugated to biotin.
Buffers and Preservatives
This reagent is provided 10 mM Sodium phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium chloride, and contains 0.05% Sodium azide as a preservative.
Application Notes for anti-IgG (H+L) antibody
This antibody is suitable for use in all immunoassay applications. It is recommended that the customer determine the optimal dilutions for each application. Suggested starting dilutions: ELISA/Western Blot 1:2000 - 1:20,000; Immunohistochemistry 1:500 -1:5,000

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgG (H+L) antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
