Preparation and Storage
Ships on blue ice. Upon receipt store at 4 degree C short term, -20 degree C long term. After reconstitution this product is table for 1 week at 4 degree C. Working aliquots stored with a carrier protein are stable for at least 3 months at -20 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Lyophilized from 20mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.8, with 0.5 mM DTT. Sterile filtered through a 0.2 micron filter. Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 20 mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.8, and 0.5 mM DTT to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. DO NOT VORTEX.
