Immunofluorescence (IF) of anti-Endomorphin 1 antibody

Immunohistochemical staining of Endomorphin-1 in rat dorsal root ganglia (DRG). Brain was fixed with 4% formaldehyde and cut into 10 um thick cryostat sections. Tissue was incubated with rabbit polyclonal antibody to Endomorphin-1 at 5 ug/mL overnight at 4 degree C followed by incubation with Donkey anti-rabbit FITC secondary antibodies at 1:100.
