Procedure
Goats were immunized with purified normal dog IgE. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant the goats were bled, serum collected and the antiserum solid-phase absorbed to ensure class specificity. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified.

The immunoaffinity purified antibodies are specific for dog IgE as determined by immunoelectrophoresis and Ouchterlony double diffusion analysis. This product is suitable for ELISA and blotting applications. Works extremely well for allergy detection assays.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
