Application Notes for anti-anti-Mouse IgG2c antibody
The affinity purified antibodies react with IgG 2c in C57BL/6, SJL, C57BL/10, CB20, C57BL/6 by Balb/C crosses and pools of serum of outbred mice obtained from several commercial sources. The anti IgG 2c does not react with L-chains or IgG 2a, IgG 2b, IgG 1 or IgG3. This reagent may also be used where a reagent specific for Igh 1-b allele is indicated. (Reference: J. Immunological Methods 212: 187-192, 1998)

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-anti-Mouse IgG2c antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
