Goats were immunized with highly purified Mouse IgG3 in Freund's adjuvant. The resulting antiserum was sequentially absorbed with IgG1, IgG2A and IgG2B before the anti-IgG3 was immunoaffinity purified.

The anti-Mouse IgG3 only reacts with IgG3 by IEP and gel diffusion analysis when tested against each of the Mouse IgG subclasses at 1.0 mg/ml. By ELISA this product reacts specifically with Mouse IgG3.

If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
