Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgY Fc fragment isolated from normal chicken serum IgY. The resulting anti IgY Fc was passed over an Fab immunoabsorbant and the anti Fc immunoaffinity purified off a chicken IgY immunoabsorbant.
