Goats were immunized with highly purified mouse IgG Fc isolated from normal mouse IgG. The resulting antiserum was solid phase adsorbed against mouse Fab and the anti-Fc immunoaffinity isolated off an antigen containing immunoabsorbant.

Application Notes for anti-anti-Mouse IgG Fc antibody
The affinity purified antibody was tested at 1 mg/ml against 1 mg/ml solutions of IgG, IgM, IgG and IgE. It reacts only with mouse IgG by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques. This does not imply an equal balance of reactivity to all IgG subclasses. This product is suitable for, histology, ELISA and blotting applications.

Small volumes of anti-anti-Mouse IgG Fc antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
