Procedure
Goats were immunized with Syrian hamster IgG intact molecule. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, the goats were bled and the serum collected. The specific antibodies were immunoaffinity purified off an IgG affinity column.
Application Notes for anti-anti-Hamster IgG h+l antibody
By immunoelectrophoresis, the affinity purified antibodies form a precipitin arc against the IgG in hamster serum This product is suitable for ELISA and blotting applications.
