Goats were immunized with highly purified human Lambda chains from normal IgG. Following immunization in Freund's adjuvant the goats were bled, serum collected and the antiserum absorbed with a kappa containing immunoabsorbant. The anti-Lambda was isolated from an IgG Lambda affinity column
