Procedure
Rabbits were immunized with E-tag peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase.

Recommended concentration. Blotting: 1.0 - 0.2 ug/mL IF: 4.0-1.0 ug/mL. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
