Procedure
Rabbits were immunized with DYKDDDDK (DYKDDDDK) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected and the antibodies were affinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The affinity purified antibodies were then conjugated with Biotin.
