Procedure
Rabbits were immunized with DYKDDDDK-epitope conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected. Anti-DYKDDDDK antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using DYKDDDK coupled with a different carrier then conjugated with horseradish peroxidase.
