Procedure
Rabbits were immunized with HA peptide conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide conjugated to a solid-phase support and the antibodies were conjugated with FITC (Fluorescein isothiocyanate).
