Preparation and Storage
Antibody should be stored between 2 degree C and 8 degree C for up to 14 days. For long-term storage, aliquot and store between -20 degree C and -80 degree C. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.

Procedure
This mouse IgG1 kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in The United States. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Application Notes for anti-Vibrio Cholera Toxin B antibody
This antibody reacts with native intact cholera toxin and the beta subunit but does not react with the alpha subunit as determined by ELISA and western blot. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-Vibrio Cholera Toxin B antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
