Dog
Form/Format
Lyophilized
Purity/Purification
Antigen Affinity Purified
Specificity
When tested by immunoelectrophoresis as an antigen concentration of 10 mg/ml, the pattern of precipitation against goat anti-mouse whole serum is the same as that against goat anti-mouse IgG, Fc fragment specific. By indirect ELISA this antibody reacts with purified Dog IgE and does not with other canine immunoglobulins. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for the particular assay conditions.
Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized material should be kept at 4 degree C until rehydrated and will remain stable for a minimum of 2 years. Rehydrate by adding 1.0 mL of reagent quality water to the product vial. Store the liquid solution at 4 degree C for up to a week; thereafter, aliquots should be prepared and stored frozen. Stable for a minimum of 1 year at -20 degree C.
Shelf Life: 1 year
Buffer
Phospate buffered saline, pH 7.2
Preservative
0.1% Sodium Azide
Procedure
This mouse IgG2a kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media.
Applications Tested/Suitable for anti-IgE antibody
ELISA (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes for anti-IgE antibody
ELISA: Assay Dependent
IHC: 10 -2 ug/ml
WB: Assay Dependent

Other Notes

Small volumes of anti-IgE antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
