Preparation and Storage
Lyophilized material should be kept at 4°C until rehydrated and will remain stable for a minimum of 2 years. Rehydrate by adding 1.0 mL of reagent quality water to the product vial. Store the liquid solution at 4 degree C for up to a week; thereafter, aliquots should be prepared and stored frozen. Stable for a minimum of 1 year at -20 degree C.
Procedure
This mouse IgG2B kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in the United States.
Buffer
PBS buffer with non-protein stabilizer.

Immunoelectrophoresis, ELISA (EIA), Western Blot (WB)
Application Notes for anti-6xHIS antibody
When tested by immunoelectrophoresis as an antigen at 10 ug per well, the pattern of precipitation against goat anti-mouse whole serum is the same as that against goat anti-mouse IgG Fc fragment specific. By indirect ELISA and Western Blot this antibody reacts with 6xHIS tagged proteins. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for the particular assay conditions.
